Cozmic Scale Models Galactica Landram model

This video follows my build of the 1/56 Battlestar Galactica Landram from Cozmic Scale Models. Shown is the detailing, painting and lighting of the kit along with the creation of a snow display base. The diorama is a nod to the episode Gun on Ice Planet Zero. This video features the use of snow products from Precision Ice and Snow and also demonstrates a technique for creating miniature belts/straps. The video concludes with a final reveal of the completed project.

thanks....yes someone had mentioned the scale is compatible with board games. Not sure if that's the reason for the choice.

Nicely done, i love the painted background. 1/56 is the same scale as 28mm miniatures. Cozmic did have 28mm Cylons and Colonial Warriors but they've been out of stock for a while.

Really nice build Oggie, the lighting turned out great. Those pico's are terrific for small/tight places, I used nine (9) warm white's for the cargo area on my Razer Crest build. Your snow and ice application was excellent, it looks much better then most of the snow diorama I have ever seen. Love your channel, in my opinion you are one ot the top ten on U-Tube. This is an impressive build for such a small kit and you even lit it and done an amazing backdrop. The landram is such an unusual subject aswell. I do hope that you will tackle the mpc space 1999 moonbuggy which I think would work in such a simular way. Thank you.
