3:09 Not sure if you were aware of this, but the reason the Heavy didn't take any damage is because he was using the Fists of Steel. Which, in a x10, it basically nullifies all ranged weapons but makes you die to a sneeze in melee combat.

The combination of Go fuck yourself shield (Darwin danger sheild,Yes I call it that-) and the Fist of steel gave that heavy all resistance to Bullet and Afterburn, It's weird that the Go fuck yourself sheild gives you heal from bullets

seeing the spy wield Bonk! atomic Punch and it fitting his sleeve got me thinking about a new weapon, introducing the *Bonk Cannon!* dmg: 90 (it works like heavy's minigun) on spys, it adds +10 dmg -25 rev time -40 reload time around scouts

Haven't watched the full video but there is a command on every randomizer server to deactivate weapon models so that they are see through. When you enter a server, it should pop up in chat and you can copy, and i think the good servers remind you every so often about this command so that you can type them whenever. That said, randomizer is almost an infinite goldmine so i like them, would definitely be ecstatic to see them.

Your weapon at 3:11 didn’t work because the guy you where shooting had the iron gloves out which if you didn’t know decreases damage from bullets when out but increases melee, but because it’s times 10 it makes him invincible to bullets and thus to your gun and the sentry :)
