Thanks for uploading this timer. Chemo and opiates put me at risk for becoming severely dehydrated within a short period of time. In order to pace re-hydration without getting nauseous, this timer helps me to take a small sip each minute, mimicking the pace of an IV.

Nice, I use this timer for this "simple" workout circuit : each minute you do 10 push-ups, 10 squats (personal preference jumping squats) and 5 pull-ups, then your rest time is all seconds left until the next minute begins (if you have any). Try it with with water by your side and a good technique of these 3 exercice not to harm yourself ;)

The only thing I would say is that, for looping purposes, the end should be 10 seconds shorter to accommodate the starting 10 seconds so there's a seamless transition back to the start. That or 40 seconds of nothing at the end. I know this is probably not super helpful to most but I needed this for 7 hours the other day.

I noticed I took like 5 minutes per page on my textbook and I wanted to rehearse (on 1 minute per page tempo) before stopping for the day and I feel like the story (I do Pol Sci) flows so well when I'm as focused. Stuff started to click more. I feel like studying with limitated time works so well it's like replicating the night before an exam but the exam isn't necessarily the next day this time.
