Welcome to the Endurance 70 Series. These workouts use intervals of 70 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to build your endurance and strength to a higher level. Having the longer intervals gives you time to focus on form and getting each move perfect to maximise your results. This is a great introduction to my more advanced Endurance workouts. Your balance and coordination will be challenged and your muscles will feel the burn!
In Endurance 70 Up and Down you will start with 2 warm up rounds, then do 8 rounds on one side, 2 upper body core rounds, then repeat the 8 rounds on the other side. There are front and back leg raises, plie hops to plank walk ins, diagonal knees and kicks, crouching knee pulls, down dog leg raises, in and out circle kicks, all fours leg circles, rotation kicks, pretzel sweeps, a triceps push up to down dog push up combo and a spider press to extended leg triceps dip combo. There is a lengthening stretch at the end.

I have been a youtube workout addicted but I have never been able to see any real results with the other channels. I have tried them all: Tracy Anderson methods, which I find to be boring with all those strange moves, JIllian Michaels I would bulk, with Hit exercise I would feel exhausted and unable to have energy for the rest of the day. So I would be bored with all of them and at a certain point quitting. I am pear shape and I have been able to change in a hour glass just by working out with you. With you I have found out that its the way you combine the workout that bring result. Not only the results are amazing, but I feel energized for the rest of the days. I cant say how much I appreciate your work! Thank you!

Thank you for sharing! I found exactly the same as you and that is what led me to these fusion style workouts, which are also perfect for my body shape. As I got older I just wanted to enjoy my workouts and feel lengthened and energized and not sore all the time. I am glad that they are a good fit for you too! Hi Linda, Im brand new to your channel and I love your workouts! They are balanced, challenging and i can feel my muscles strengthening and elongating . And they have a nice cardio element to them which is not the same old boring HIIT stuff. You do deserve a million + subscribers. Can we have some more express rebounder workouts please? They are killer!

I have to mention that it was for me very funny to watch Linda hopping like a bunny. I liked this workout it was challenging but not exhausting I am lazy today. Nevertheless I am curious to try endurance above 90 secs. 😉🐰👍😄

haha, yes, hopping is super fun. I have non-KZbin series which are endurance 100, 110 and 120 seconds so you can work your way up to those 😊

Paired this one with your Endurance 70 Cardio Box Sculpt and it was pretty intense to have an hour long workout of 70 second intervals 😊. Trully enjoyed it even though I was wobbling throughout the workout 😁. Thank you, Linda!

I was going to try this one today but I'd had a super busy day and went to sleep at around 2 a.m. and did nothing but making coffee in the morning (shame on me). Gonna try this one and one more tomorrow and, no doubt, I'll love them. 😊

I did this today: it was really hard but fun and challenging. I dropped the weights about halfway through, so I could focus more on my balance. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t trigger my hip flexors (mine like to take over); instead, it was very glute-intensive. Thank u!!

I loved this challenge! This was one of those workouts where I just had to accept the fact that I’m not at your fitness level and just modify so that I can still complete the moves and have the cardio and the burn. 😅 But, from training with you for over the past two months now, I know that as long as I put in the effort, it doesn’t matter if I can’t keep up, I will still get the desired results! That is another thing I love about your workouts! Thank you so much for this challenge...your workouts definitely bring to light those areas I need work on. And I definitely need to work on my balance! That was my main struggle with this one...but I made it through! Woot! 💖🔥💪🏽
