I completely understand how you feel my brother. I had the same issues and I posted abt it on KZbin 2 years ago. I’m still the same and suffering. There’s only one way out. Completely changing your entire outlook on life starting now. Stop the junk food. Get ur workouts going. Start reading. Don’t use your phone much. Don’t compare yourself to others, set goals and ambitions and achieve those. Focus on one thing, invest yourself into it mentally and then move forward. You can not change how you look but you can change how you feel abt yourself. Just work, work and work. Don’t give up. Please. I beg you. Don’t waste your life the way I did. I lost everything. More than I could’ve ever imagined. Don’t be me. I would never wish the wounds I have be inflicted on someone else. There’s no virtue in pain, only in patience. Please. Change your life now. get rid of this phone. It’s destroying our lives. We need to take our lives back. Or else we will never live it in the first place.

The problem that I think a lot of people have when it comes to addiction is they don't know their priorities. If you have nothing to good to live for then why would you stop your addiction? But there is so much to live for that is distracted by social media. Start just doing a bunch of good things that you think are good things. Gain some pride and while you're doing that cut back on junk food, cause deep down nobody wants to be unhealthy. frfr

Coming from someone who couldn't interact to someone who can interact now. Just be genuine to yourself and keep with that. Hang around people and eventually you will get to know each other or open up. Not everyone needs to be extraverted. Plus you find good friends if you just be yourself and stay strong!
