I watched all three (Gaffer, Lee and this one) interviews, this was the last one. I have never heard that in a similar situation, everyone without exception mentions, almost in the same way, how exceptional the atmosphere around the club is, thanks to the owners, staff members, and fans. Of course, it is customary to say thank you, but the owners rarely get to this place. A story that is lovable in every way.

everyone at the club are so grounded and interview well in a humble manner....you can't fake happiness and the whole team is certainly happy with each other and that's a massive help

Parky does an incredible job gauging the chemistry of players. He’s not looking for individual superstars, he looks for how a player will gel into the group. He knows exactly how much it can destroy a team to have prima donnas taking over the changing room and he works so hard to avoid that. It’s something very special indeed.
