We at Boxeomundial recently caught up with HOF trainer Emmanuel Steward. He spoke to us about the about the development of focus mitts, the lack of great trainers (teachers), strength and conditioning trainers and the decline of interest in the sport of boxing.

I love how Steward has a passion for teaching, I mean calling up his middleweight kid Andy just to let this junior trainer understand things in practice, that is class.

best coach alive. ...he saved the klitzkos lives.....emanuel stewart need to get a hold of dirrell, .....his biggest challenge is getting chad dawson to focus.....emmanuel steward the best. he saves vitali, vladimir, and cotto. not to mention he tried his best with jermaine taylor.
