I personally believe a lot of these spirits we call demons are just older gods and spirits. Even the word demon comes from the greek word daimon which was just a lower level spirit or deity. Others, like lilith, are literally the demonization of other gods and goddesses. Litlith for example was actually the sumarian goddess inanna. Innana became ishtar, who then became lilith. Inanna is far from a demon. She was a powerful goddess of love who tricked her uncle enki in a drinking game, then stole his scrolls after he passed out drunk, and she became the head mfic. She was the sumerians' favorite deity because she could be a lover and a protector, but she could also be a fierce fighter that helps win wars. She was the perfect example of the dual nature of the feminine. So lilith is not a demon, and she definitely wasnt the first woman. She was a very piwerful sumerian goddess who was made into a powerful (although softer) babylonian goddess. The isrealites turned her into a human and made her a demon because the isrealites hated the babylonians.

Wow, thanks for the info. I’m Native American and our practices were/are heavily demonized by Christians. We weren’t legally allowed to fully practice until the 1970s. And churches kidnapped our children for generations and literally beat their culture and language out of them. And priests n nuns abused them every way imaginable. They were the epitome of evil victimizing the innocent, but projected that onto us.

Perfect time I say for this video. I have been wanting to work with demons and recieved my first book on the subject y,day "the complete book of demonolotry" by s.connoly and looking at some of damon brands books on the subject. I definitely have the fear and struggle to get past that, so he gives some great advice to study, study, and study the subject first before starting out. Hello Ivy, hello Dorian, I read an old book called When God was a Women, there is a KZbin Video too. It talks about the conquering of the old Mother Goddess religions by the Abrahamic religions. There is also a, feminist I suppose, perspective on Lilith. Do you know the book, is it still valid today, is there religious-historical accuracy? (Excuse my English, I am German)

It's the one thing that puts me off watching his content honestly and I'm glad to see I'm not the only one. I really really hope he reconsiders and decides to pay an artist to create his images, AI is a slop factory and lacks any soul.

@@alyssakira8320hi, I do use a hefty amount of historical artwork in my videos that are not AI generated. AI helps to fill in the gaps when there are no representations available for something I am trying to explain. If I paid an artist to do art for my videos, it would definitely cost several thousand dollars per video. I am just a regular guy trying to translate occult ideas in an accessible way on the internet, so obviously that’s a ridiculous ask, unless you’d like to personally fund that effort through Patreon, in which case I’d be glad to make the change 😉) The way I use AI is certainly not disenfranchising any artists. I also highly edit most images that go into my videos so they are still highly highly customized and not something that’s been just spit out of AI. I’m also not selling AI works. Hope this helps :)

This isn't about being holier than thou because "I'm spiritual now", this is about a principled stance on AI. I think it harms artists and is overall harmful. I would rather look at Cipher's face during a video or actual historic images than AI and I think he would find just as much success doing that. It's fine to disagree with something, this isn't a personal attack and I respect CG as a content creator who is putting out good content. Yes I am indeed irrelevant and my opinion is essentially worthless but Ivy has created a wholesome space where I actually want to support her algorithm and comment with this community.
