The date for the clip is wrong. They clearly state they were captured in the Arnhem landings, which was in 9/44. They go on to describe their experiences as POWs being shipped by cattle truck to Stalag 8C, so this must have been filmed in 1945, after their liberation.

Agree they were referring to the Operation Market Garden landings in September 1944. He said they were captured as soon as they dropped so they must have been the parachute regiment. He said he was captured on the Tuesday morning which would have been 19 September 1944. My partner's grandfather was captured on day 2 of Arnhem after dropping with the paras. Interesting that they describe forced labour at camp Stalag 8C.
