Dr. Sa Sa went to school at Saiha, Mizoram, India. Saiha is a border town from Lailenpi, Myanmar. Just like US school districts in Texas and California also allows students from Mexico. Myanmar students also go to school in Yunnan, China. God bless people who help poor people.
