so basically ..the training is a process 2.5 month or maybe more . .and in nesting phase they will give you fixed timing that is from 8: 30 NIGHT and 4:00 in the morning ist . its a great job ...but you have to put in lot of time and efforts ....your payment totally depends on how many sales you make .

Hey ! We’d love to take a moment to explain how our commission structure works. This role is all about performance, so your earnings will come from two parts: a bonus and your commission. For the Bonus, you can earn up to $500 starting from your third to sixth months with us, as long as you hit the minimum targets. As for your commission, that will be based on your performance and the quality of service you provide, taking into consideration your conversion rate and the types of leads you work with. You’ll start earning commissions once you enter the nesting stage, and don’t worry-you’ll receive your payments on the following month through Payoneer. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
