Interview with Forrest Knutson (Meditation and Kriya Yoga Teacher)

In honour of my initiation into the Kriya Yoga lineage, I have filmed an interview with my Kriya Yoga teacher, Forrest Knutson. Forrest discusses more of his background into his involvement with Kriya Yoga as well as key fundamentals that help one understand how Kriya Yoga can assist in one's own liberation and union with the divine.
