SubhaanAllah... This is what Islam has come to? People who follow the sunnah beefin like gangstas in the streets.... Vilifying each other, being emotionally charged.. this is the issue when people think they have knowledge when in fact all they have is a lotta memorized texts... No tarbiyyah, no akhlaq... Allah help us.

No truer words spoken on this platform, a year on and we have factions, rebuttals and 'beefs' amongst brothers in London/speakers corner... The enemy doesn't need to lift a finger, we are some of the most simple minded folk at times. May Allah forgive us and help the Ummah in the right direction

1:03:10 when you started talking about loon I head to fight the tears, Wallahi I remember I was in highschool when he went on Al Jazeera about accepting Islam. And now hearing about how you two were kicking it back in '09, man that really hits home. May Allah SWT protect him from those devils who've imprisoned him, may He SWT hasten his release and protect and preserve his honour, his dignity, his loved ones, and his Akhirah. Allahumma Ameen. This reminds me of a book, "The Island if Black Waters, " (not sure if it's been translated into English as of yet). It's a book that a scholar wrote regarding an island that had a ghost prison in which that the British incarcerated and tortured Ulema from the subcontinent and Afghanistan during the British occupation. Wallahi you African American brothers are being written in the books of history, you guys are leaving behind a legacy for Islam in the West, and especially in North America.

Brother, after hearing you pronouce the reality that "I Africian-American, I am not an Arab", my heart rejoiced to where I almost bang on the desk where I am sitting at in 100% approval. Brother, that is my exact sentiment, and will continue to be inshallah. And Mashallah, maintaining such a stance is required. Plus saying Moosaa Richardson shouldn't refute NOI because he's white, so why is you talking about scholars that are not black then?? Let me say something here right now! I am a Muslim who happens to be black. No one ever told me Umm Ayman was black! No one ever told me that Usamah Ibn Zaid was black! No one told me that in the earliest descriptions of Zaid himself, he is described as black (May Allah be pleased with all of them)! Even so, every other Jummah we are bombarded with people telling us how special the Arab was! Many of which sell Khmr and lottery tickets in the black community! Many of which are clean shaven. I have looked like a blatant idiot to black people who see we blacks are treated like second class Muslims by Arab immigrants who act like they can't hear when a black Muslim Salaams them. If people in this forum want to talk about the evil of nationalism, start with the Light skinned Arab who thinks he should be Imam even though the most he has done since coming to America was deliver pizza! I am black! I am happy to be black! I am even more blessed to know from his personal life that Muhammad (AS) was close to black people in spite of the nationalist who shortly after his (AS) death murdered his family.

TheUmmahFightCamp as salaamu alaykum Is this an American problem? I live in Canada and all of the masajid that I've visited love to mention the virtues of the pious people in the past including those that are dark skinned. We have Somali and sudanese imams along with imams from other ethnicities. I haven't seen any racism in circles of practicing Muslims. Maybe some around the more cultural people. Islam is clear about the prohibition of racism or extreme nationalism walhamdullilah

regarding many of the students of knowledge not reciting correctly; that's neither here or there and could be considered: taking shots( trying to understand why it's funny that the "salafi" students ONLY know Aqeedah? is not Aqeedah what this thing of ours is about?? Even the sahabah would learn Aqeedah BEFORE they learnt the Qur'an so that when they did learn the Qur'an..they would understand and act upon it so how did this become something to laugh and joke about except by ignorant people ...everyone is not blessed to be able to recite well and we know that for every mistake that is made is a reward...we also know that there will be people who will recite very well...but it won't reach past their throats.

Lets just keep it real honest people: First let me say that I do not take the last 3 as scholars or Sheiks, nor do I "take" much from them period. But I am going to be dead honest here. I would like to know how many intelligent people Abu Khadeejah or Hasan Samoli have been used by Allah to revert to Islam! Zaik, Abdur Rahman Green, Khalid Yasin. I know I will get all kinds of comments on these brothers, But I have no doubt that they have done more for the Deen than these people who do nothing but "Refute"! I see them as really being close to useless. People are wearing Izars with their football team emblems on them talking about "Ah, Salafiyah!!!!". I live in Newark NJ and the Muslims are a joke really! The biggest drug dealers go to the "Salafi" Masjid here! When Brother Umar Quinn was Imam at Masjid Rahmah, the brother making announcements could not get the departing Muslims and Muslimat to shut up so people could hear. I have a fighting arts school where I teach the men and my wife teaches the females. Both of use have a straight up hard core fighting legacy. We are located right across from a Masjid. All the classes are separated. We have more non believers than Muslims and more Muslimat than Muslims! The brothers here walking around looking like "super sheiks" and have no idea on how to defend their families. I shake my head every day at the "Foam on the ocean" we have become.

The same thing that y'all saying people do that's wrong , you're actually doing yourself. Then there's an issue of despicable character," what shaykh taught you that". So if you have bad filthy manners how can you advise pne to display better manners? It takes you saying "I'm wrong", this shows my love of Allaah and begging His forgiveness for my sins, and then asking forgiveness for the Believers. Umar, may Allaah be pleased with him, said ( standing in front of the Kaaba). "Oh Kaaba how great you are, but the Believer is greater than you") How are we gonna be a good example for mankind??? Noble character is Noble character. No excuses. Leave the dumb stuff alone.

However; their are others that live for this type of stuff and instead of using it for clarity purposes they just want to keep things going. May Allah rectify this cancer in the Ummah and allow for us to move forward and build institutions that will allow for those serious about ahlus sunnah to progress What I will say is that none of this in no way resembles the character of the righteous predecessors

I love the brotha Shadeed Muhammed, very knowledgeable, but what I want to say to you is EFF those brothas(iggas) that tell people not to listen to you. I'm a African-American Muslim, like you, and some of us are in an identity crisis. A lot of us become Muslim and we loose our mind trying desperately to be someone they are not. Instead of looking up to knowledgeable brothas that look like them, they feel as though the other man, him being white, Arab or from the sub continent region, is more qualified. That is form of slave mentality. Do what you gotta do and teach the indigenous, black Muslims the knowledge you have. This is no disrespect to other ethnicities, but WE put Al-Islam on the map here in North America and made it popular.

There is no ikhtilaf in the Usul of the Aqeedah ....some of the secondary issues or opinions related to Aqeedah there was ikhtilaf other than that...the Sahaba had absolutely no differences I'm Aqeedah. No! You pra for the brothers who started this junk, keep it to yourselves and be responsible about the minds and hearts of the youth today who are paying more mind to this than actual study and practice of The Book and The Sunnah. Do you really think the other side dosen't have a story? Do you think the people who blindly follow you and them care about right and wrong? And the daleel that people have blind followers on ALL sides is that this crisis hasn't ended. It's a MASSIVE problem in the west especially Philadelphia because you're rushing to talk to the camera and the people before Allah Jalla wa aza. May Allah purify all our hearts and end all the needless bickering and make us an example of His Rahma on the earth. We talk about what a crime it is to imitate the kufar yet we bring our business to the public and wonder why they call us backward. Have wisdom. Who wants to be in a deen that never stops fighting?! 53:15 forgive me for going of topic, but I need to know why a lot of these African American brothers look twenty years younger than they really are, last year I was on tour giving Dawah with a brother from Virginia, I thought he was like 32 or something (he was very charismatic like one as well); turns out he was over 50 (he told me his son was a year older than me); I met another brother from Rhode Island who I thought was like 35 as well, turns out he's been Muslim longer than the age of my older siblings. Inshallah I'm going to find out your secret and use it on myself, I'm in my early twenties but I look like I'm 30-40. If I wanted to get married now I would have to show the sister my passport AND my birth certificate just so she knows I'm not tripping. 😁

Bismillahi Rahmani Raheem It is the true clarity of the deen that the brothers at Salafi publications are loved for and not for cult reasons which you mention. They do not need to make as many videos as you do to clarify the affairs. The true is usually simple to understand and falsehood is usually hard to grasp and understand. This deen is not a joke, nor can we as individuals afford to get it wrong just so we can be 'ok' with those we want to have as friends. Abu hurayrah (RadiyAllahu anhu) said that the Prophet (Sal'Allahu alayhi wa salam) said, "Love the one that you love to an extent because a day may come where in you have to hate them (the one you love), and hate the one that you hate to an extent because a day may come wherein you have to love them (the one you hate)". [At-Tirmidhi] And no doubt our love and hate for an individual has to be for the sake of Allah and his Messenger. Anas bin Malik said: "The Messenger of Allah (Sal'Allahu alayhi wa salam) said: 'None of you truly believes until I am more beloved to him than his child, his father and all the people.'" [Ibn Majah] And so when you know that those who you "had grown up with" and are from "the same neighbourhood " have opposed that which the messenger of Allah commanded, propagated, taught and was upon and you still just want to be friends with them for the sake of friendship even after you know that they oppose the haqq. This is a strange affair indeed! Remember we only have one chance at getting our deen right, our aqeedah correct and we only have one death upon this earth (excluding the death of an individuals heart) which will be followed by us being questioned about our dealings, WHO we delt with and WHY. we cannot afford to play with our deen or hereafter for the sake of friendship. It is upon us to advise when we are advicing with that which is correct and has been looked into carefully (not based upon our suspicions, opinions, personal grievances nor feelings). Ali (RadiyAllahu anhu) said, "If the religion were based on opinion, it would be more fitting to wipe the under part of the leather socks rather than the upper part of it. However, I have seen the Messenger of Allah wiping over the upper parts of his leather socks." [At Tirmidhi] So we should not be opinionated individuals who express our opinions hourly online hoping to gain a following by speaking i'll of those who clarify the realities of those we thought we're upon the haqq but act in opposition to their claim. We cannot praise salafi publications and their likes in the US at the start of our videos 'for viewer purposes' while our video titles and the whole of our content alludes to the opposite (dispraise) in the name of gaining followers. On top of that we cannot use our videos to 'play off' the I'lls of those we accompany while their affairs have been made clear. No doubt we all commit wrongs the messenger of Allah said, "All the sons of Adam commit wrongs, and the best of those who commit wrongs are those who repent". But there is a big difference between commiting a wrong and commiting bidah (innovating in the deen). The prophet (Sal'Allahu alayhi wa salam) used to say in the jum'ah khutbah every friday, "...Every bidah (innovation in the deen) is misguidance and every misguidance is in the fire". So why would an individual be ok or content with bidah and its people while the one who he claims to follow (The Messenger of Allah) was not ok with it? He was not a nowerday Scholar but he was the one who disseminated this deen to us. Why would we be content with it when we claim to be a people who want to avoid the fire and help others avoid it? Imam Al Barbaharee stated in his book, "Explanation of the Creed", "...3: The Companions are The Foundation of the Jamaa'ah: The foundation upon which the Jamaa'ah is built is the Companions of Muhammad May Allaah's Mercy be upon them all. They are Ahl us-Sunnah wal-Jamaa'ah, so whoever does not take from them has gone astray and innovated and every innovation is misguidance, and misguidance and its People are in the Fire. 4: All The Affairs Have Been Made Clear By the Sunnah and Jamaa'ah: 'Umar ibn al-Khattaab, rahimahullaah, said, "There is NO EXCUSE for anyone going astray THINKING that he is upon guidance. Nor for abandoning guidance thinking it to be misguidance, since the affairs have been made clear, the proof established and the excuse cut off." That is because the Sunnah and the Jamaa'ah have consolidated and safeguarded all of the Religion. It has been made clear to the people, so it is upon the people to comply and follow. 5: Adhering to the Understanding of the Companions: May Allaah have mercy upon you. Know that the Religion is what came from Allaah, the Blessed and Most High. It is not something left to the intellect and opinions of men. Knowledge it is what comes from Allaah and His Messenger, so do not follow anything based upon your desires and so deviate away from the Religion and leave Islaam. There will be no excuse for you since Allaah's Messenger explained the Sunnah to his Ummah and made it clear to his Companions and they are the Jamaa'ah, and they are the Main Body (as-Sawaad ul-A'dham), and the MAIN BODY is the TRUTH and its FOLLOWERS. So he who contradicts the Companions of Allaah's Messenger (sallallahu alaihiwasallam) in any of the affairs of the Religion, then he has fallen into disbelief. 6: All Innovation (in the Religion) is Misguidance: Know that the people never introduce an innovation until they abandon its like from the Sunnah. So, beware of newly invented matters, since every newly invented matter is an innovation and every innovation is misguidance and misguidance and its people are in the Fire. 7: All Major Innovations and Deviations Begin Small and Insignificant: Beware of small innovations because they grow until they become large. This is the case with every innovation introduced in this Ummah. It began as something small, bearing resemblance to the truth which is why those who entered it were mislead and then were unable to leave it. So it grew and became the religion which they followed and thus deviated from the Straight Path and left Islaam. 8: Care With Respect to the Affairs of Knowledge and Religion: May Allaah have mercy upon you! Examine carefully the speech of everyone you hear from in your time particularly. So do not act in haste and do not enter into anything from it until you ask and see: Did any of the Companions of the Prophet (Salla'Allahu alayhi wa salam) speak about it or any of the scholars? So if you find a narration from them about it, cling to it, do not go beyond it for anything and do not give precedence to anything over it and thus fall into the Fire. 9: The Two Ways to Leave the Straight Path: Know that leaving the correct path occurs in two ways. Firstly : that a man strays from the correct path intending nothing but good, so his error is not to be followed since it leads to destruction. (Secondly), a man who deliberately opposes the truth and acts contrary to the Pious ones who came before him, he is astray, leading others astray, a rebellious devil within the Ummah. It is a duty upon those who know of him to warn the people against him and to explain his condition to them so that no one falls into his innovation and is destroyed. 10: Islam is Complete and Requires Only Submission: May Allah have mercy upon you! Know that a servant's Islaam is not complete until he follows, attests to and submits to (the truth). So anyone who claims that there remains anything from Islaam not sufficiently explained by the Companions of Allaah's Messenger, has falsely accused them, has split from them and spoken ill of them. He is an innovator, astray and leading others astray, introducing into Islaam that which is not from it." Ibn Mas'ood, radiallahu 'anhu, said, "The Jamaa'ah is what conforms to the truth, even if you are alone." And Hassan ibn 'Atiyyah, rahimahullaah, said, "A people never introduce an innovation into their Religion except that Allaah takes away its like from their Sunnah and then does not restore it to them until the Day of Resurrection." So can we be ok with taking benefit from anybody, just because he went away for a period or somebody said he is a good individual? Or is it for us to confirm whether that which the individuals' disseminate is in accordance with what the Messenger (Sal'Allahu alayhi wa salam) and the companions (RadiyAllahu anhum) were upon. We can't play with this deen IT IS NOT A JOKE!!! When an individual opposes the deen and is arrogant upon his opposition even after clarity comes to him then it is for us to clarify to the people his affair and leave him if he refuses to correct it. Ibn Al-Qayyim reported: Some of the righteous predecessors said, “You must follow the path of truth and do not be discouraged that so few are following it. You must beware of the path of falsehood and do not be deceived that so many are destroyed by it.” [Madarij As-Salikeen 1/46] In reality it is for us to turn to Allah and his messenger and seek refuge in Allah from taking that which will not aid us in this life or the hereafter. May Allah protect us from being of individuals who oppose the speech of Allah and His Messenger and those who disseminated it to us in it's correct form with individuals who know have other motives and work to other causes.

does not disciplining an individual come from that same principle of loving to a degree and hating to a degree? Is our love and hate not for Allah's sake? An individual may tell his child off in order to correct them. They may not want to do it but it has to be done for the sake of correcting the wrong. When Wahshi embraced islam after killing the Prophet's (Salla'Allahu alayhi was salam) uncle and when the prophet (Salla'Allahu alaykhi wa salam saw him, did he now ask, "'Are you Wahshi?' To which Wahshi replied, 'Yes.' He said, 'Was it you who killed Hamza?' To which Wahshi replied, 'What happened is what you have been told of.' He said, 'Can you hide your face from me?" Did that request turn Wahshi away from the deen? No, Why? Because Wahshi knew where the haqq lay and that did not stop him from accepting Islam and being among the muslims, as he knew he was doing it for Allah's sake. In the same way when Abul Hasan al Ashari repented, did everybody embrace him straight away? Was it not Imam al Barbahari who said, "we are upon what Ahmad (ibn hanbal) was upon " [or words to that effect] to Abul Hasan al ashari after abul hasan had presented his works to him showing that he had repented from his previous 'mu'tazili' teachings?Again it did not make Abul Hasan al ashari turn back on his repentance because he done it for Allah's sake. Remember an individual isn't repenting for the people's sake, rather he is repenting for Allah's sake and for his own success. So an individual that is sincere would not care about how he feels people may go on with him because he knows why he repented and for what reason. And if he is sincere, Allah will make the people come close to him because it is not the individual that makes people come, rather it is Allah who allows it or disallows it. The person who was upon that which was incorrect and repents should seek Allah's face and should not be upset that others havent 'hugged him' for his repentence. The repentance aids the individual that has repented and thats where the buck stops. Let us not act as emotional beings taking importance to how we feel over what we know to be right. Let us fear Allah regarding ourselves for it is us who are to be questioned regarding ourselves! Wallahu A'laam.

Ibn Aadam Be careful that your attribution to the deen doesn't stop at 'the attribution'. Part of your attribution necessitates accepting proofs and text when you hear of them. If you reject what the salaf (pious predecessors) came with for what your desires feel and what your fingers feel they want to type, then you could fall into the boundary of the people of desires, so sincerely be careful.

46:34 I was listening carefuly until that point where this went all south. No, there are no "cultural" issues. There is the sunna, the righteous path and the paths which lead astray. Second of all white supremacy does not, should not concern Muslims at the same level as anyone teaching our faith in the name of Islam in a completely heretic manner no matter what your ethnicity is. I would have to assume that a borther with this level of knowledge knows the last sermon well enough to understand and know this.

Take your Deen from the combination of our the scholars of the Sunnah. Learn what Sh. Al-Albaani, Al-Fawzan, Abdul-Muhsin, Ar-Raajihi and others think of the methodology of the 3 or 4 scholars you follow. We do not take the mistakes of our scholars, nor do we invent new principles as highlighted by our brothers in this channel, that spubs and their tails have invented under the false premise of Salafiyyah. You won't know what Salafiyyah is if you restrict yourself to 4 scholars.
