Paul's worked in a variety of different settings; from drug and alcohol addiction, to suicide and psychosis, and he joins us today to share some of his experiences and break down what life is actually like on a mental health ward (SPOILER: it's not like "One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest"!).
