Interview with never seen before footage of Ronnie James Dio.
I suddenly reminded myself I had this material lying around in my room somewhere today, and after watching it again I thought I'd rip it from the disc for fellow KZbinrs and Dio fans.
This footage is part of the first Hard 'n Heavy Rockthology DVD-box, full of band interviews and other footage. Sometimes you may find them at secondhand stores if you're lucky... enjoy!

I'm a big dio fan and in nearly every interview I've seen ronnie was drinking beer even in heaven and hell he used to tape them black so I recon he drank a heaven and hell off alot off beer in his life. stomach cancer very probably a connection and I've heard him say in his last interviews he wasn't a big eater I'm guessing it had something to do with his cancer. we all know some people never drink or smoke and get cancer but I don't think drinking and smoking helps. BTW I'm a drinker an suffer big with my stomach heartburn reflux etc.

I watched this interview some years ago , its a great quick look into the life [ that now was ] of RJD . MIck Wall used to host the Headbangers ball series . Mick had a great way to introduce the bands on the show from week to week especially with the mega monster mix , and also the rogues gallery . I would have loved to have had a drink at Ronnie"s bar .
