Thank you so much for this interview! Steve is such a great person, and still so connected with the bass community and it comes out in his interviews. Thank you guys for sharing the love of the instrument. Would love to hear a Jimmy Johnson interview if that is a possibility. Best, -Ash

Thanks, Ash. Glad you liked the interview. Yeah, Steve’s great. Jimmy likes to keep a low profile, but I suppose we can keep trying.

That Sadus debut is one of the most vicious thrash records of all time. Total brutality. No limp wristed radio friendly poser shit.

Always cool to listen to Steve DiGiorgio interviews. And on that note mr. interviewer, please try not to talk over and interrupt your guests so much in the future...

I’ve always thought that Steve DiGiorgio would have been a great replacement to Jason Newsted & i wonder if let’s say Steve did make Metallica & i wonder if they would have let Steve play his fretless bass?! … or for select songs even would have sounded badass!

he is far too good and far too metal to play in such a band of losers like metallica. The last good thing they produced was the Ride the lightning album. and thats long ago, as we know.
