Vaundy has so many singles and songs worth listening to, it's incredible. He has a well-defined and very pleasant musical universe. One my favorite song from his catalog is _Todome no Ichigeki_ (feat. Cory Wong). It's the same with the likes of Kenshi Yonezu, Eve or the band Official Hige Dandism (lead by the singer Satoshi Fujihara, my fav J-pop voice with Yonezu). Whenever a new song by one of these artists comes out, I know I'm going to have a good time, even if some songs inevitably speak to me more than others. Maybe it's also that I don't fully understand Japanese, which plays a role in my appreciation of a song on the first listen. I always end up searching the lyrics afterwards, but not really understanding the language allows me to really enjoy the musical moment on first listen. After all, music is primarily about feeling it.
