In all honesty, he speaks similarly to the way many of us who were brought up in the U.S. tend to speak. It's one thing to speak casually to friends and family members; it's another to use a more professional and formal register. The required vocabulary often doesn't come naturally, and we struggle to find the right words to express ideas and concepts that we're used to saying in English.
