Trejo explained that he saved director Edward James Olmos' life after he claims that a price was put on his head over the movie, adding that Olmos wouldn't speak with him over the controversy. I was in a line of fans where we were there for meet and greets, but the end of his time for having to be there was up, we were still in line and long with another probably 50 people and his people told us we’re shutting it down, I was 2nd behind another and the rest of the people were behind me. My best friend was in that movie as an extra. He said some dude came up to them at about 2am in a denny's (in Sacramento CA) and said "hey how would you guys like to be in a movie?". My friend said he thought it was a porno, because dude was mad creeperish. He was in the prison riot scene. Had to cut his pony tail off to be in it. Got paid like a few hundred dollars.
