So true on property blindness Phil …. Research research, then look for what you need in the area , then hit the market with views. The biggest problem in the Market now is lack of properties, and this stalls the Market and push the Market upwards or stagnate

If this were an expert then the dichotomy would be obvious between stating that paying rent is a 'waste' of money whilst bemoaning the decline of any rental sector in the UK. Paying mortgage interest is an entirely justifiable usage of capital and housing is a deteriorating asset requiring continual maintenance expenditure whether owed or rented. There is more commission to be made from relocation but people need the option to make temporary moves for life progression.
