Windsurfing is about fun and positivity. And if this video can motivate some youngster to try racing when they hear Johan explain that he doesn’t have 10 masts for each sail and a lot of expensive fins, and he still performs at the highest level. And he goes out sailing in 5 degree weather and still has a big smile on his face. Then I am happy and I think it is better for the sport to look forwards and not backwards.

@@Lightw81 Johan got fleeced. That's possibly also the reason why he is not working out at TWS. Iachino became world champion, because the measurements of one of Johan's sails was off by a few square cm. The irony is that he did not even use the sail in question. Regardless, he was disqualified, and it reeks because Iachino was the one filing the complaint. Let's hope Johan annihilates Matteo next year.
