Regarding the press conference.Our chief minister could be the busiest chief minister in india. but there are many issues which he also needs to answer to the public who elected him and media should bridge the gap but sadly most of time the question put up my our media are like Akshay Kumar asking Modi whether he likes mango or not. Today Nagaland has 72000 youths looking for jobs The law and order in the state is only worsening.. The medical facilities all over the state are in a pathetic state. The roads in the state are sinking. A small State like Nagaland has the highest government employees all over the country and the government has still not halted the backdoor appointment. All these years there is no improvement in our state economy. An amount of 5.5 Cr was spent in hornbill festival 2024 which brought in only 17 Lakh whereas how many lakhs or crores was spent/invested in private sectors or to generate jobs in the state. The public are dying to get these answers from Chief minister through media. However, it is the media who looks unprepared. It is the role of the media to question the Chief minister of all these matters when he is in power. What is the use of blaming or questioning someone's if he becomes the then chief minister. Lastly my humble request to all e- media while doing ground reporting or interviewing someone. Please be more professional.If you don't know the name of the person you are interviewing you may address that person as "SIR" but please if you are interviewing someone who everyone knows please stop calling them as SAAR SAAR every time. Just call them out by MR and their last name or Mr with full name. You may call him SIR occasionally.

No offense but they’re both mid journalists compared to several others who are alive and have done some amazing objective journalism especially pieces and reports pertaining to the Naga issue. Also, I disagree with esther when she said, "journalists are not allowed to express their views", because journalists are not supposed to express their views in the first place. They're supposed to bring out the truth and write reports with objectivity, without bias and without sensationalism which a lot of media houses in Nagaland dont seem to be doing today.

We have to break the barrier. We should not let CSOs, Unions and Hohos to curb our Fundamental Right. We should not blame the Ministers, Bureucrats on the issues like Corruption, Job Crisis. It is the Duty of the CSOs, Unions and Hohos to stand for us. Ministers, Bureaucrats, Union, CSOs and Hohos are not greater or Superior than us. Suppression by Power Holders and Defending by individual or Groups is way of Life.

Sir you're very wrong about stories getting covered. The media is a watchdog not a colony aunty to pick up on little personal matters of common people and upload it on social media for viewership. there also comes a question of privacy here which you did not talk about at all. Most so called media houses have become petty and like a comedy show no respect or honor for the profession. Real journalism is seen in advocacy not in screaming with a huge mic in their hands. Most of these so called journalists are seen screaming and sensationalizing trivial matters, no substance at all. will expect more thought provoking talk
