@@AS-nx9fu yeah everyone hated season 1 because it was a "Batman show without Batman", that was the big talking point at the time for some reason my favourite season is 2, followed by 1, then 4, 3, and 5, loved all the seasons

@@JohnCenaIsMyDad - Season 1 didn't get a lot of buzz indeed, Jim Gordon was considered a boring MC with a boring love life, and Fish wasn't a popular villain... but Penguin was the show's breakout character this season, everyone loved Robin Lord Taylor after that performance! Riddler had a good following for the beginning too. And of course, the most watched clip of that first season on youtube was the part where Jérôme reveals who he is in front of Jim and Leslie... But for me, it's during season 2 that the show really found its footing, no more "killer of the week" episodes, and even if I loved the mob war between Maroni and Falcone (with Oswald in the middle), season 1 did a good job showing that the "freaks" are taking over. Season 3&4 were both excellent IMHO, and season 5 was only not as good because it felt rushed, and the finale should have been a two-parter instead of this crammed mess...
