Some is low medium high heat some has 1,2,3,4 as level of heat!! Keep all the details ! I love your channel as I am a new subscribers!! Keep up all your hard work! You do so well! Gina I made a large pot of greens for my son asked me to cook him some collard greens I was shocked. I forgot how how to make a large pot, so I turned your video and we made them together and that liquid is delicious my greens are tender the sugar makes everything blend together, usually the salt makes everything blend but the sugar made everything perfect he's going to be very very he and his family are going to be very happy tomorrow when I present him with his large pot of greens thank you Gina. I also made you honey garlic chicken and that was scrumptious matter fact it was so good I made it twice in one week and I ate it all myself. I thought I was going to share it with my son's family but I couldn't I'm getting just like you Gina !....yum yum yum enjoying my own food again. Thanks to you six thumbs up

Hi 👋 Ms Gina, You remind me of my grandmother’s cooking 🧑🍳 the collard greens 🥬 just the way you are doing it. The cleaning 🧼 she would put just little dish washing, and wash the leaves 🍃 and then put salt and wash the leaves again. At least 5-6 times. I watch her all the time. Traditional old fashion cooking 🧑🍳. Thank you 🙏 sister, it is an Honored Tradition. These girls women today do not know how to cook, they need to watch you.

I've never had good Kale or Collard greens in the Summer. No matter how long they cook, they never get tender. My Mom says that the frost has to hit them first in order for them to be tender and good. Greens to me are a Fall or Winter treat.

Hi Miss Gina, that looks so good. I have never made this but have always wanted to try it. This made my mouth water. My mother and grandmother used to talk about this meal but never made it. I will have to share with my Auntie when I do make this. Oh, BTW those pin bones are tendons and my mother-in-law would take those out before cooking the legs. It actually makes the meat more tender and easier to get off the bone. Get a brand new pair of plyers that will be used only for the kitchen, which is what she did. And you can find the tendons at the base of the leg by the knuckle. Just grab it and pull them out. Sometimes they are tough but keep at it until you get most of them out. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful weekend.
