That would of been a hell of a trip. Thanks for sharing. I had went with the K02's, and found out the hard way, they are terrible on icy snow. Ended up just getting a set of snow tires, for winter. I'll just put the K02's back on in the spring. And I can relate, was minus 30 up here in Peace River for, I swear, three weeks straight!! Enmax was $530!!

Hey Logan… dude, anyone using a locker during this? I recently regeared to 4.88’s and added a rear air locker and front Torsen LSD and let me tell you, it is an ABSOLUTE game changer for snow wheeling. I live at 9k in the mountains of NM and having that locker and Torsen is phenomenal. It’s a m a Z i n g. Got my sliders from Coastal Off-road too. Without them, wheeling is on borrowed time I feel like. As always excellent content, fun as hell to watch, great tunes! Thanks bro! 🙏🤙

Sweet vid man, some dope b roll🤙🏽. I have a 4th Gen and I’m always surprised how capable these rigs are of the lot! Let alone once you add a beefier suspension and bigger tires! One day I’ll have it sitting on 35s but by then I’ll most likely straight axle it

Awesome video. Is running 35s on stock gearing that bad? I’m thinking about getting a set til I’m ready to regear/twin lock the GX. Just worried cuz it already feels so sluggish on 33”s lol
@YotaSurfs3 жыл бұрын
The v8 is no joke, 04 4runner v8 saw engine on 35s and just as fast on 33s but drives better. Make sure all your maintenance is up to date and get a Throttle controller makes big difference
@LoganKingMedia3 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Exactly what Yotasurf said I find it actually drives better on 35’s then on 33’s, its like that extra jump up in tire size actually works better with the gearing for better shifts if that makes sense.
@lexus_offroad_adventures3 жыл бұрын
@@LoganKingMedia cool, thanks, I suspected as such since so many people are running it like that.
