Your truck, video editing, and commentary are all spot on. You do a great job of balancing the fine line of being knowledgeable but not pretentious. I also like how you show the not so glamorous parts of off road adventures in a very point blank way. The title is honest but not really click bait feeling. You just get right to it and say it how it is. Your channel is giving me loads of ideas for my GX. Keep em coming!

Logan what is the total height of your rig without the added stoage box ? Need to fit mine GX into a normal garage door opening. Realize the height of the tire and any lift impact my options for upgrades.
@LoganKingMedia3 жыл бұрын
6’9 I believe last time I checked. 285/70r17 tires and a 2.5” lift should be fine for most garages.
@toddmcgovern34363 жыл бұрын
What your opinion on wheels size and offset on a 2006 gx470 with a 3 “ lift and method wheels . Would you go 17x8.5 0 offset with 33” tires or 17x9 -12 offset with 33” ? I’m told the 17x9 with the -12 offset will cause problems and ruin my hubs .

@AndrewAtkinson13 жыл бұрын
You know about GXOR on facebook? It's the bible for gx owners. I've got a three inch old man emu hd lift on mine with sso conversion spring mounts in the rear and Bilstein 5100s all around. This is a budget set up. Lots of guys now go Dobinsons and I think Icon is considered top tier. Total chaos control arms are popular too. GXOR has lots of examples.

I totally enjoy your videos and editing skills. However in this video I felt like the story was lost. The film footage was great but you could have evolved your videos’ format with this trip. This could have been an easy two, fifteen minute episodes. The first one of course leaving us with a cliffhanger moment of the ice breaking or the broken down moment at the end. The second video then could have been a great moment to discuss being prepared and show off the bush mechanical skills. I am not a photographer or videographer, so take this constructive criticism how you like. I’m just your audience enjoying your videos.
@LoganKingMedia3 жыл бұрын
Thanks! I really appreciate the constructive criticism, sometimes I wish there was three of me so I could film more and make the videos longer and more in depth haha
