Wow I had no idea the MPGs were so bad on these. I get about the same in my supercharged 4runner (5th gen). 12 city, 14 hwy. BUT the GX is still sooooooo damn good. My buddy has one and it performs flawlessly.

I drove a few hours through a blizzard up to Edmonton once. All these 4x4 trucks in the ditch because all these idiots are roo stupid and cheap to actually use their 4x4 even in a crazy blizzard.😅😅😅Embarassing fools. All these tards with 35 and 37 inch tires, 6 inch lifts, and in the ditch because they were too cheap to use it when it counts...in a blizzard. Ya if probably cost me an extra $20 of gas to drive those 3 hours in the blizzard that day. But i caught my flight on time and didn't spend $100s to get pulled out

A solution to your center console may be a swap to one from a LC Prado, they don't have the DVD drive and little armrests on the seats, they have the full size regular console with the big lid that serves as the armrest and it's basically the same truck so it should fit or almost fit...

Have you had any issues with tipping when one of the drawers is pulled all the way out? Could you put eye bolts and turnbuckles on the outside of the box towards the front to attach to the floor D ring tiedowns?

Ive been wating to get all my parts to put them in one time got the bilstein 8112 bilstein b8 upper rear 2in dobinson spring and air bag delete just ordered dobinson upper rear control arm just wating for next week order lower rear dobinson control arm and adjustable sway links and pand hard relocator then im going to strip everthing clean rust and repaint and put it all together one time

I tried the 470 but the leg room was too cramped for me, that is my only complain, I got a 570, getting 14.7 mpg but I can live with it. Both SUVs are super top of the line.
