Hare Krishna Hare Rama! If you don't have anything good to say Mana Vrata is a wise choice. But saints should have mercy and tell the people how to attain liberation from Samsara(circle of birth and death) In this Kali Yuga it simply by chanting Vishnu's name that one can attain liberation. When Ramanuacharya got the Vishnu Mantra from his Guru and was forbidden to share it with the people, he went to the next Temple Roof and told everybody to chant Om Namo Narayanaya! His Guru was very angry and told him, he would go to hell for this act. But Ramanujacharya said, he could not see the people suffer and his Guru forgave him at seeing the great quality of mercy in him! Thanks for uploading
