I've honestly been pretty depressed about my weight after having major health issues at 19. I've spent the past few years being extremely self conscious to the point that I was even uncomfortable at my own wedding... Your videos have always sparked something in me, making me want to get back to my performance roots (used to sing and dance professionally)... And finally, I've finally found the motivation to get back up and do something about it.
