Just gonna throw this one out there: The Hero of Loop Hero. Granted not too much is shown of detailed fighting in that game, but there is the three classes he can choose: Warrior, Ranger, and Necromancer, which have different playstyle focus. Perhaps the devs of Four Quarters might like to give ideas on his moves and attitude. As for stage, that's a easy one: a constantly slowly decaying platform suspended in the void, with distant islands in the background similar to the animated trailer. If that stage has a hazards: on version, every so often the level will disintegrate and be replaced with another themed road tile, with appropriate background tile changes to fit it. This might include gimmicks from a background or road tile, such as a battlefield in the background, which occasionally adds chests onto the play field that might try to bite someone near it. Just thought i'd say this, wouldn't be surprised if it isn't added.

My personally most wanted character is Kai from Gravity Circuit. His moves and movement in that game is so fluid and fun to use, and I think that would make him a very fun grappler type character. He’s got close combat with rapid punches and dive kicks, long range with a grappling hook that can also pull in defeated enemies to chuck at other enemies, and so so many special moves called Burst Techniques to play around with, like my personal favorite the Heavenly Piledrive. Like imagine being able to piledrive your opponent off the map. Plus, Gravity Circuit is just a really neat game that I feel deserves more attention.

Agreed! Kai already controls quite like a platform fighter character to begin with, and has a ton of moveset potential as well. Gravity Circuit has also done fairly well for a less prominent indie, crossing the 60,000 sales mark a few months ago, so I think at the very least Kai has a shot as a support pick

My most wanted feature for fraymakers, which I suggested in the answer for the last question in the form is some kind of style guide for pixel art for artists aspiring to create content who want some basis to keep the visuals consistent. Maybe even a character model template for Fraytools like a blank basic human anatomy (both male and female) that could be used as some kind of fighting polygon team/wire frames like the ones in Smash.

I also ended up not choosing the inclusion of Assists. Probably the one I have most attached to is Crewmate, and my actual choices are leagues beyond playable Crewmate, even if I think they'd be cool too. Since others are doing it, my votes for content were... Characters: Psi or Any (Bloons Tower Defense Franchise), Sans or Any (Undertale Franchise), Madeline (Celeste), Cuphead (Cuphead), Skul/Little Bone (Skul) Assists: Glue Rat or Any (Bloons Tower Defense Franchise), Noelle or Any (Undertale Franchise, Deltarune specifically), Chell (Portal), Conductor + DJ Grooves (A Hat in Time, 1 slot), Grandma (Cookie Clicker) Franchises with Stages without Characters/Assists: Fall Guys, Crypt of the Necrodancer, Ib, Penny's Big Breakaway, Five Nights at Freddy's And for the last thing about "Would you like to see anything else?", since we know that items will eventually be in the game, I suggested that a basic projectile item be a Dart from the Bloons Tower Defense Franchise. You just throw it and if it hits your opponent it hurts them, REALLY basic. Maybe as a reference to Bloons TD 6 it could pierce through one projectile/character and continue to go through until hitting one more, since the Dart Monkey has 2 Pierce, but I didn't think to include that in the form lol.

My personal most wanted for Fraymakers is Allison Goleta from Super Lesbian Animal RPG. It was such a phenomenal game, and the characters are all so fun and full of personality. Allison being the main damage dealer of the party, she has so many interesting moves to choose from such as directional kicks that would translate perfectly into moves plus a unique fighting style that utilizes swordplay as well as punches and kicks. The game's star power system that fills by performing each character's role in the party (attacking in Allison's case) would translate perfectly into a meter filled by dealing enough damage to be spent on certain moves. There is nothing I want more in life than to use Blast Beat on someone in a plat fighter. Plus the other party members are all great choices for assists with how they can apply buffs to her or weaken enemies, which opens up a lot of potential for the team to make something unique there, and the game is absolutely gorgeous with lots of unique locations that'd make for great stages. If anyone has an empty slot with no character of choice to put in it, maybe suggest her there. She'd make for a perfect addition to the game. Fraymakers' disappointing launch lost a lot of my interest in the game, but genuinely if Allison were added it'd very possibly become my new main plat fighter.

That was such a difficult servay to fill out! I couldn’t pick between 5 characters 🫠 I ultimately went with Shovel knight (shovel knight) Cuphead (cuphead) The lamb (Cult of the lamb) Filial Medici (skull girls) Owlboy (owlboy) But DAM man A undertale, Doki Doki literature club, slime rancher, omori, eastward, my friend pedro, deaths door, gang beasts, katana zero and moonlighter all could be so cool to see represented and that was just scratching the surface I ultimately picked characters I thought could fit for different play styles like owlboy going for aerials, filia being more a rushdown and shovel knight being a bit of an odd ball ETC Also… I think if you were to include ultimate chicken hourse it’d be best as a stage that progressively gets more stuff added randomly as the fight continues, maybe stuff gets added after every stock or minute?

Really love the game so far! I definitely would want what other people are saying. Imma be unique tho and ask if Wayne from Hylics could join the fray(see what I did there???) I really love the game, and wish more people could get around to playing it. Otis from OwlBoy and maybe Six from Little Nightmares could join the game. I think they could be fun to play as.
