11:36 I just wanna say in neuroscience its mainly about the dopamine system. I think if you dont force yourself than it can become an issue. The stepping back and coming back to it when you feel passion is the fluctuation of your baseline to trough to spike/phasic. It controls merely everything we do in a way, including our motivation to do a task and the loss of that motivation and the only way to keep that motivation is to develop healthy ways to maintain dopamine. I suggest looking into it it can help out even more if your a creative who struggles with passion lost every once and a while.

If you’re paying for adobe already, use premiere. There’s a lot of resources for it. Da Vinci Resolve has a free version which is very good (the paid version just gives you more complex capabilities for color grading). Most important thing for starting editing is to have well structured folders for your project, and learn all the keyboard shortcuts.
