This is great. You discussed the Product Image mapping. Is it possible to map to an image gallery? Most shops tend to have multiple images of the product that the customer could peruse. Item color may also apply.

The WooCommerce product still has full access to its product gallery. The File Upload mapping would apply after the item was added to the cart and in the order details.

Does this natively support the Aelia currency switcher?

Untested but given Gravity Forms lack of support for switching currency, we do not expect this will work. The good news is that currency switching is on the roadmap for Gravity Forms. When it arrives, it should be possible for us to integrate a WC currency switcher with the GF functionality.

Is it compatible with post creation addon? when add to cart button is clicked would the post creation will take action? or will it take once the purchase is complete?

It is compatible! The post will only be created when the purchased has been completed (not when added to the cart).

Can I use it as a “inquiry” form instead? I don’t want to add to cart but instead the customer can inquire on this product along with some options.

GSPC is tightly integrated with the WC add to cart flow. If you want to create an inquiry form, I wonder if simply embedding the form in the product description would be an easy win?

Given WooCommerce's robust tax handling and ability to extend with tax-dedicated extensions, our intention was to steer clear of taxes inside the actual product form. Is there a gap here that we're not aware of?

@@GravityWiz The vanilla Woocomerce tax rules are fine. It's when we start adding things that it gets interesting! In various parts of Europe (that's a place outside of the USA) there are different tax rates for different things. For example, if you were to purchase a cylinder of propane gas, you would be charged 5% tax for the gas and 20% for the cylinder! This makes combining "variable" products cleanly a bit difficult. The Tax people don't take prisoners!
