My soulmate! I am always making crazy sounds while I sew (or cook, or clean, or...). Such fun, Matthew thank you for the great demonstration.

I have always weaved with a piece of cardboard or styrofoam. Useing a large safty pin works great for weaving in and out. If you put interfacing down first, then all you have to do is iron and everything fuses together without tape.

Hello there Mr. D I so enjoy your videos and I want to learn how to do the fabric weaving. I am probably old enough to be your grandmother but you are never to old to learn and have fun doing and learning new things. I want to be sure I catch the videos that go with this weaving technique. You are so wonderful with your humor and that laugh is one of a kind.

I found your channel because I was doing a craft which involved woven fabric. I needed a way to transfer the fabric to a ModPodge covered wood shape without it falling apart. Using painter's tape is a fantastic idea! So glad I found you!! Hope it works.

Thank you for another inspiring project. I was surprised when you stated that the quilt was of blocks assembled together. This will make a great project for my youth group of 8th graders who are learning to sew! I especially love the tape trick, since pulling any weave off it’s loom always poses some breath stopping moments.
