@@eyedesyn Seriously, as someone who is trying to learn this and is a teacher herself, I've been so frustrated by tutorials. You are able to explain this stuff in a way that makes sense. I love that you approach teaching the program from a project perspective, not an explanation or showcase of features / functions.

Learned so much from EJ in the past month! Have been following all his tutorials and finally am starting to get a grasp of cinema 4D! First time using an iron tool!

@@GoFayeGo Funny you mention that, fabulous teacher and fabulous tutorial, but your correct, there are a few things that he is doing, and not mentioning, that it takes someone with at least, some C4D experience to notice. For example, at 5:22, in the Perspective view, he spins the Cube without saying that he is spinning it, or why. In reality, if he had not spun the Cube one face clockwise, he would not have been able to Extrude the Polygon, below in the Right side perspective window, to right as he did, because the Polygon selected would have been facing us, in the Right side perspective window, not the right hand side as it ended up after the spin. No biggie, it's just that, those who are trying to learn, tend to watch every move you make. So as a teacher, it's absolutely key to dictate every step you make.

Ok, I'm repeating this tutorial at some point this week. I never saw the bounding straight boxes outside the polygons and these have been the three most frustrating hours of my 2023 so far... clearly reflected in my pigeon hehe The c4d interface looks different as well, couldn't find any buttons. Very fun :) Thank you for putting this out though!
