Awesome video. Quick question can you roll the cap to seal for the 138t with the same machine so it can be the same length and color? Thank you for your expertise

Nice. Any company in Central Florida offering this? Have you ever seen anybody lay standing seam over 16" on center studs/rafters without sheathing? Will that pass Florida Building codes? What's a good installed price per sqf for about 2500 sqf of material? Thank You.

Great informative video. I'm curious if a setup like this can handle forming ~100' length panels? I've looked into a similar mobile setup but only rated up to 24 ga, and I have the need to form 22 ga if possible but haven't found an option for that.

Great video except for the wind noise. Damn Wind! Can your machine cut at angles for valleys? Or is that cut to the long measurement and then cut by hand?

How much maintenance is the roll from machine? Are you also fabricating panels for other roofing company's?

The cost of the machine is passed on to customers. Cost per square?

Thanks for taking time to do this. Is the saw tooth knife that is cutting your panels part of the machine or is something you can buy extra?

Migo that saw tooth looking cutter is a hydraulic shear and its a part of the machine. There is a sensor at the end of the machine that tells the machine when to cut the panel to length. The computer will allow you to program what ever length and quantity you want. Glad you liked the video, thanks for watching
