But never forget, what you do tells me what you’ve become. It’s not an excuse for not doing. I may not be able to hear what you are, because your actions are drowning it out.

I'm so grateful I am able to find a genuine ,great teacher of Shamanism, I've been having many experiences for years from a few of my past lives. As we carry our trait purposes to this realm, I'm finally excepting who I am and what I carry , I just need to understand more. Thankyou : )

Thank you for sharing this with us! In addition to being a great speaker, relatable, genuine, respectful, warm, to name a few qualities, the information is so valuable. The perspective of decree versus pity/beg work is very well received! - A Very Whiny Human

I find the spirits talk to us threw signs ie on buses, video's pop up unexpected on the Internet,or words pop into your head alot of Greek words come to me so I Google word meaning ie cristos. They talk and communicate through dreams and of course give answers through drumming, they choose us and want to teach us and help us evolve,it is whether we choose ignorance over observation. Thank you you are an amazing teacher and adverts about yourself popped up onto my phone I took that as a sign I must pay attention to your teachings and I was informed you are an amazing spirit yourself one of strength and diversity, thank you for sharing what you have worked so hard to learn as that is what came to me a hard working being who should stand proud of her achievements 😀 Black Hoof x

The goal of meditation is to become aware that u are aware...

Shutting off or down the thoughts is in no way natural..what we wanna do is be aware that we are present only right here and now..like a river full of rocks, we must find a way to remove said rocks which are the thoughts...don't tey to shut them down..rather the easier way is to allow them to be...BE aware of them but do NOT invest in them..watch them like this movie and allow them their time in the spotlight then exit stage left....this will diminish their power and THEN U WILL HAVE THE QUIET MINDU SEEK....

Thank you som much Sandra for your videos and your books....especially Soulretrieval!!!! Are there any soul retrieval practioners trained by you in Sweden? I can´t find any. Or can you recommend any who works like this over the internet? Is it possible to have a soul retrieval over the net or has it be in live version? Much love Eva

Isn't this simply a Pagan practice spliced into New Age Shamanism? I was raised with my Grandmother Romani,. ( Some people still use the term Gypsy) family originated from north India....Also at the same time similar practices in Irish and Scottish 'ancient crafts.' This simply feels like something re-invented for the audience of modernity. Shamanism in modern contemporary setting owes a lot to modern reconstruction more than exact historical practices...Siberian Shamanism has written text. What this is I feel is individually spoken Modernistic reinterpretation. In context there is no single 'otherworld' to bring in the spirits from. There is even a difference between Scots and Irish Otherworld(s)...So this is simply New Age modern Shamanism is it not ? I think we endanger many geographically specific cultures using the term Shamanism when it doesn't apply as an umbrella term. Just like 'Celtic Shamanism.'

I bet there’s no one in the audience. Lady.. I get you see it but how much of that is on you own? Can they see you or do they see what your like? I know that’s not you. That’s a combination.
