Thank you brother Mottel for all your teachings. You are a lovely person and I appreciate your love for all people, Jewish and gentile. A popular Jewish channel that denounces Christianity and is anti missionary, came on my feed by chance some time ago. I was listening to wonderful testimonies from people from all backgrounds, some of which were Jewish. I wasn’t looking at particular ethnic groups but simply ordinary people like myself who believe in Christ. The anti missionary channel reminds me of the parable of the seeds and soil. I suspect that it pops up to take away the word as soon as it’s planted especially among Jewish brethren. I didn’t realise the spiritual warfare. It draws Christians in too. I wasn’t aware of the accusations or feelings towards Christians except what secular society thinks of Christians. Trying to share some truth and hope on the channel challenging the beliefs, I found myself leaving like a battered reed. I’d always known the wolves in sheep’s clothing within the churches themselves but never considered that those same wolves targeted the Jews in history. So when I was accused of things I wasn’t aware of, I felt like the very person who committed the crime. I started to learn about Jewish customs, the Talmud while also learning about Islam because of the horrific 7th Oct attacks. I was briefly aware of Islam from listening to ex terrorists coming to faith in Christ who shared what their prior religion taught. Its been a roller coaster of emotions. I’m a HSP so it affects me very deeply but I want to understand our Jewish friends more instead of taking words at face value. Underneath it, I’ve learnt that people are genuinely fearful. Words are very important and I think when people don’t harness their mouths, they can do a lot of damage. I’m grateful for this flat form of communication where people feel free to express themselves without fear of being murdered, rejected by those that know them who want a relationship with Christ and close fellowship with God. The greatest sadness is learning that Jews do not believe that God is good or loving because of history. The world does not share the hope and miracles of God. We see only in part. The Talmud, Quran, Catholic Church teachings as well as others that deny Christ and create other deities are very dangerous and deceptive. Jesus taught about these false prophets, teachings and even the dangers within the churches themselves. But God is greater and Jesus has overcome the world. It’s so important to edify the body of Christ. Too many things have been done in the name of God, wicked things and it’s why people become either atheist or do not believe in His goodness. It helps to have better understanding of people’s belief and important to actually listen. Out of the mouth flows the heart. It’s also better to ask questions or invite thoughts to understand the heart. A call for God’s wisdom and discernment can brings light some of the hope that God gives. It’s always encouraging when a Christian stands firm in their faith because their roots are planted in good soil. I pray for your ministry and others who dedicate their time to sharing the gospel. I pray for more labourers in the field and the hope of God shines bright. Many blessings to you. Thank you again.

Great talk. There are Arabs from Judea Samaria and Gaza and also Israeli Arabs who are descendants of Jews forcibly converted to Islam (genetic studies have shown), so when these people convert to Judaism, like Or Shalom, surely they become Jews? Though I suppose they never ceased to be ethnic Jews.
