Looks like a great product. I love how you guys keep pushing the standard of work in the industry higher and higher every year. I have a few of your products on my triton and my hj60 landcruiser and it hasn't failed me yet. Keep the great work up

It's clearly being demonstrated for testing purposes only, to show how strong and durable it is. Great looking suspension kit.

Ok it's been a year since my last comment. Ready to replace the Bilstein 5100 struts on my 2010 Tacoma. I just looked at the ARB USA web site and dont see a listing for my Tacoma. ARB has a listing for FJs but nothing for Tacomas. Can I use the FJ struts on my Tacoma?

Andrew Hitchcock, Upper Control Arms are not required with BP-51, and at this stage there is no word on whether these will be developed.

Oh man what a sweet looking suspension setup. Please tell me there's a system for the 2013 Nissan Xterra! Are these being developed for north American vehicles? Can't wait to find out, it looks exactly like what I've been searching for. Good work ARB!

Ok looks like a great product. I have a complete OME suspension kit with the Nitrocharger shocks on my 2010 Toyota Tacoma and it bounced me all over the road. ARB USA replaced the shocks with the Nitrocharger Sports. Worked better but one failed on my trip to death Valley. Will these new shocks work on my truck or should I go Bilstein?
@ARB4x4Accessories10 жыл бұрын
rudedogii, this film is more of a pre-release teaser. More information regarding vehicle applications will be announced closer to the availability date.

Bilstein and Koni are regarded as the best dampers on the market, and have been for some years now. I know this because a friend of mine does rallying UK-wide in an Escort Mexico and these two stand out, as they do on overland vehicles. A fully-laden overland vehicle's dampers work almost as hard as a rally cars dampers when on corrugations, and my feeling is some owners expect too much from mid-range dampers such as these. However, OME dampers are still good and suitable for occasional overland use, but one must remember there is a price difference between OME Nitrochargers and Kony Heavy Tracks, especially the Raid type. This I hope will be Raid-level of quality and durability, but I expect it will have a Koni Raid price tag. From what I can gather, OME springs are some of the best on the market. My future project will probably use OME springs and Koni Raid dampers, unless these turn up as being almost as good. Cameron Wood

Hey ARB, ever heard of Tread Lightly? As a respected leader in the off road industry, I can't believe that you could let that sort of driving style appear in one of your videos.
@ARB4x4Accessories10 жыл бұрын
oldbrowny, we're very much supporters of tread lightly and can appreciate your concerns. In order to demonstrate the capability of the product, this video was shot entirely on private property, under controlled conditions, with the consent of the land owner.

Jesus H Christ, Its in the middle of GD nowhere Australia! Slap yourself nimrod! Are you planing on buying this suspension to mall crawl?
@oldbrowny10 жыл бұрын
it might be in the middle of nowhere but we have Governments and Greens locking up large parts of the country so that nobody can access it. Images of people fanging around, tearing up tracks shouldn't be promoted by a company that makes it money out of the very people who need access to these areas. Think about it, if the tracks are closed we no longer need their products, poor business model don't you think?
@jakecoen10 жыл бұрын
oldbrowny My main point was something more like this..... Dear oldbrowny, After careful consideration of your comment, everyone would like to let you know that you can keep your opinions to yourself. The greater collective of individuals that gathered here to check out this new product offering from ARB and OME did not come here to hear you spout off how YOU think they should have produced their new video. Furthermore should you grow a backbone in the near future and some greenie hipster starts ranting about how going off trail is killing some rare species of insect, how about you ask them to see their new iphone 6! Then take a little time to inform them about the huge strip mines in other countries that exist for extracting the elements needed to produce their stupid little precious phone. Tell them about the Chinese kid that works like a slave to assemble it in an extremely polluted part of industrial China! Wait, they are still not compelled by your argument??? Well then go ahead and let them know that to keep up with the larger demand for energy to charge all their (and all their hipster friends) precious social media connection tool the demand for coal has increased. Then show them a beautiful photo of a strip coal mine and ask him what impact that makes on the planet?!? Sorry for the rant, but the ignorance of the modern human condition just really gets me going. Have a nice day :-)
