I bought your A/C powder from long ago. Pleased with it. You need to do some improving of your website, especially letting people give reviews on your products. That would make it more trsutworthy for people. Lack of transparency looks suspicious. Also, have more staff to answer calls - I called this morning and have been waiting a few hours to get a call back so far.
