What a loving docu of this magical era. Superb. Man in the White Suit remains one of my all-time favorites.

If you go there now, you'd never imagine the fields, cottages, forests, etc. that were there at the time this studio was making movies. It's nearly impossible to imagine.

I grew up on these films! They were staples on PBS in the '70s and early '80's

We really need an updated film about the studios, especially because this is the 120th anniversary

My Dad used to work in a factory next door to the Ealing Studios called Daley's. They dealt in Transistors in the 60's before moving the whole company to Weymouth in the 70's

I can remember the sound effect from the lab in the Man in the White Suit film making it onto radio and making the charts.

Its so difficult to get these movies on Netflix, Prime, etc... I've really fallen in love with the classics as the modern film industry is producing cold, political messaging, virtue signalling forgettable pictures that are as deposable as bubble gum. Anyone able to recommend streaming services in the UK for these movies?
