As a superhero fan who also likes to write and illustrate this is honestly a very cool book not only that but also a very usefull tool/refrence for someone trying to tell a story centered around superheroics and wants to also try to apply some form of realistic explanation regarding their abilites or at the very least explore them its very nice to see

Having done time in Vince Perez's anatomical illustration classes back in the old days, I appreciate your attention to detail, and insights regarding the creative process. Secondly, I always sorta assumed that DD's skull was probably 100% thicker than your average average Jane or Joe.

Hi Stevil! Thanks for commenting, I hope you've gotten a chance to pore through some of my videos, especially the creature design ones (since you're no stranger to anatomy and illustration!). And yes, I think I should have actually drawn his skull with tons of healed-over microfractures, to showcase how he's broken his bones in a million ways, and it's just gotten tougher.

Hi Jason- 1. Hooray! Can't wait for you to pick it up. I have another video all about how I made the book, you might be interested in that one as well. 2. I don't really know if there will be a second! As you say, we couldn't include all the characters, but we got as many as we could. Hopefully the book does well and we get a sequel... but of course, that depends on the books' success. Anyhow, thank you so much for your support!!

There been some works in internet depicting anatomy of augmented humans and transhumans along with anatomy of fantasy creatures such as dragons and krakens ext along with rven pokemon biology and so on this book might renew stuff like interest jn speculative metaphysic biology arts ext even if they are not real speculating how real powers can work with real life biology and metaphysics, super string theory, additional dimensions speculative knowledge is fun and intriguing

Great question Jimmy! Unfortunately not - this book includes 60+ heroes but Quicksilver is not one of them I'm afraid :(
