Help, the first day I had a keto shake for breakfast and lunch 4 hours apart and wasn't too hungry in between and before dinner. After the first day, I get so hungry after 2 hours of a shake.

Adding more fat to each shake will help to make you feel fuller longer. You could also try adding some beef gelatin or collagen to your shakes. That may help as well.

This looks too complicated for me to use and I will probably have to ask for help every time. I am glad to have the choices though because I keep having to give away big bags of flavors that are not my favorites. I think I have given away more than I have kept.

You're probably better off choosing the option that allows you to select your favorite big bag and packet flavors rather than being surprised with ones you may not like.This way you won't have to five them away and feel like you're wasting your money. Every little bit helps these days.
