awww, the guineas were pretty wild but they are starting to mellow out. We've been able to hold them and pet them. I don't think they like it very much though. They are getting along with our chickens great now.

We are on round two of Guinea fowl. We started with 20 pearl and have sadly lost 19. We just purchased some lavender and some more pearl and they are being raised with chickens and ducks this time around. Great transition here! Love the new additions.

That’s great! I think it’s better to raise them alongside chickens so they are friendlier. They can be a bit of bully’s to chickens lol

Thank you! We went to pick up just 2 ducks and 4 pullets, and we came back with 4 guinea fowl as well as an unexpected bonus hahaha! Guy gave us a good deal!

Lol!!! I have guineas that were raised with pullets and turkeys babies.... We ended up having to move the pullets over to the chicken coop because as the gunieas got bigger they wouldn't let the pullets eat. So we now have the Turkey's and gunieas in their own coop. But our gunieas are insane anything out of place or new near their coop or run and they will stand in front of it and scream until we move it. I had to laugh when Ricardo was trying to catch yours, there is nothing harder than trying to catch a guniea.🤣
