EOS R7 firmware version 1.3.1, be careful each R7 Has this issue, that is if you on C1/C2/C3 the customization mode and shooting with vertical direction, you are most probably to get err20

Shanghai China Canon repair center, the engineer disassembled my EOS R7 three times, then they told me that's firmware issue, not hardware issue! and they refuse to change a new device to me, be careful this worst Canon support!
