I have the VT04 Rechargable, and my Heat map pics don't line up with my Visual pics at all. I wonder if mine is defective or I am maybe missing an adjustment? I can't use it for work as it is.

We are going to order Fluke VT04 for remote measurement of the temperature of people ( flu monitoring purposes) Please tell, what is the acceptable distance range between human and device, for receiving the results which would be accurate enough? (+/- 2 °C)

The Fluke VT04 has a tremendous number of uses in electrical, mechanical, automotive, HVAC, etc. applications, however, the VT04 has not been designed for human febrile temperature detection or measurement. Fluke spends much of its time understanding the industrial customer and industrial applications and, therefore, is not in a position where we would recommend a particular camera for medical use.

I just bought your VT104A, and it is, horrible. It is not accurate, the tech in it seems 10 years old as it is very slow, and I am sorry to say, for my $550 purchase, it sucks.
