Danny Patrick : I feel powertrain is more preferable than interior. The only thing I wish from GM and Ford is to make their infotainment screen a tad bit bigger because they’re all becoming to wide nowadays it’s a lot of dash and a small screen lol. That’s all I ask! 🙏

That version of the grille actually comes with all of the duallys XLT and up I believe. Even the F350 duallys.

Colton Rinker the grill comes in all super duty’s either xlt and up or lariat and up f350 is not the trim

The dually and single rear wheel grilles are different for 2020. So the grille will be the same as the one in the video if you get a F-350 Dually xlt and up or the F-450 xlt and up. The F-250 and the F-350 SRW will have the other version of the grille.

I think the biggest difference between the GM and ford is the GM is all new. The super duty is a mid cycle refresh. The ford won’t get as much hate about the interior for that big reason. Had it been all new then yes I think it would be like the GM

homerfeltheim12345 I some what agree with you. I’ve been Ford since I could speak. With that being said I’ve always gravitated towards fords interiors, but with the alumi series trucks and expeditions I am not really a fan of the interiors that much anymore. Difference between a truck and expedition are the door panels, center stack and a door above the glove box, but I guess I can still see the appeal? However I’ve thought GM trucks have had decent interiors but this latest one is unappealing to me, granted ford hasn’t had their refresh like GM, while fords big step was okayish to me. We’ll have to see where ford goes to have apples to apples.

Ram now shows you what gear you’re in on the dash. It is an option you have to go through settings to select.

I actually have a 2019 f450 platinum and love it I use it tow a car hauler for my car lots not to mention my race car trailer and even when the car hauler is full it's effortless without loss of power or feeling light in the steering from all the weight by far the best tow rig I've ever owned

No Sir they’re not Ford has 35,000 lbs of towing while Ram has 37,000 lbs, Ford has 1,000 ft of torque, while Ram has 1,100 lb ft of torque, My dad pulls a 50 ft gooseneck and he always had a Ford then he bought a Ram and it’s an absolute monster. Don’t get me wrong Ford is a damn good truck but Ram is just better.

I'm personally a function over form guy. If I'm buying a heavy duty truck, I am first and foremost buying the HD capacity and capability. I like that you can get a HD truck that feels and looks nice, but when it comes down to it, I want it to do the truck things before it does the comfy/fancy things.

The fender flares are to cover the wider front track. The f450 has a wider from axle than the others and it gives it a muuuuch better turning radius than the f350 dually

Tow truck driver here. Everyday i switch between a peterbilt and 2018 f450. My personal truck was a 2018 ram 2500.. i debated real hard to get the new 10spd ford but went with a 2020 3500 Big Horn dually. That cummins motor even tho 6 spd just does it all. Couple extra gears in the future dodge should be standard. But the interior, stlye. Feel of the truck. Ram all the way. Im sitting in a 18’F450 and would so rather be in my ram.

I do like the ford and i do hope they do not put the Tesla style screen in the interior bc for climate controls and radio volume i like a analog way to adjust it bc its something you can learn the location of and never have to look over to see what to do. With the touchscreen you will be looking away from the road to see where you need to touch, even with steering wheel controls you will end up going to the screen. I find it something that just isnt necessary. I do like the bigger screen just not bottom to top of the dash big

Front fender flares arent cosmetic. Its to accommodate the Wide Track super 60 dana axle (for 4x4 models). Only available in the F450+.

You raised the question, in my opinion, Dodge interiors are very nice for a long trip, however, I care more about usability and reliable function. I like comfort but power and user friendly options like capacity, control win over comfort. Style brings up another question...I think it depends on the age groups and culture, to me it like comfort. Frankly with epa pushing as hard as they do, all three have work to do in the reliability aspect.

It’s has a different front wider axle than the 350 which is why it has flares in the front.

The only thing I noticed before I ordered mine was: 1) Large belt buckle looking limited logo on the armrest. 2) Two tone light center seats with with logo. 3) Satin or brushed nickel looking exterior door handles. 4) Basic tailgate applique, fender louvers say limited instead of platinum. Everything else I think I have on my F450 Platinum build of 12/2/19 Did I miss anything? So, far I love it @425 miles. Like they said in the video, you feel like king of the road. Incredible power, drives like a dream, turns better than my old 19 F250 CCSB

The cummins 6sp is a downgrade, but the new l5p still has 910 ft lbs of torque. Why gm didnt bump it 1000+ idk especially for 2020. I bet gm will do another half year tune up again.

I think dodge is waiting on the longevity of the 10spd. Seeing as they had issues with some of their transmissions in the past they are cautious to revisit it. Instead of sitting and spinning wheels they made interior improvements as well as frame and engine improvements. Although I do question them using aluminium parts on their engines, If it isn't broke dont fix it, and I question the durability of the HO engine. I keep having flashbacks of the Blue tec.

The new GM and ford trucks offer more then the dodge. I rather have a more capable truck than a big screen in my dashboard. In my personal opinion I like the Ford packages way more than any other manufacture. The different trim levels offer a little bit of everything. The transmission is something way more vital than just a big screen dash. I know dodge did more than just the screen but the rest of the interior here is just now catching up with the competition.
