Nice idea, will order within a few days. Really want you haversack, just have a issue with paypal. They screwed me and would not refund a fair amount of cash from one of their sellers whom never sent a item. I refuse to do business through them.Is there another payment method to get one Blackie?

If you are putting unsafe water in your foraging pouch, wouldn't it be possible for bacteria, viruses, giardia and other parasites, Hepatitis, etc to remain in the fabric and contaminate the berries, mushrooms or other foodstuffs you put in your pouch? Seems best to me to keep water pre-filters and food containers separate. If all you are using your pouch for is tinder, then there would be no problem, unless those juicy blackberries make you forget and that pouch is all you have to collect the berries in.

usually the bag will be carrying tinder if i gather food i always wash them first
