wow.. i am surprised by the selection of the music. Others university usually using corporate type music. but the flow of the story need to be improved, i couldn't get the interlinks between scene. Yes, international students can apply to University Of Tokyo. The Programs in English at the Komaba Campus (PEAK) provides English taught courses to international and local students. You can study Environmental Science (I applied to this program) or Japan in East Asia. However, the deadline for applying to PEAK is over and you have to apply on 2018's October (keep an eye on their website for accurate date). Most other (kinda all) programs of U Tokyo requires Japanese proficiency. You can check their deadlines for applying and other necessary information from their website. You can also email them as they are very helpful over responding to emails. Hope you get in to your desired university. Best of luck!
