I love that, even with only 2 or 3 abilities unlocked, you can tell these classes were designed by Warcraft fans. There's so much callback to cool things in the lore, cool things that we'd never get to experience on retail. WD looks amazing, but what little I've seen of the cultist has me hyped and curious. Absolutely hyperious.

I think the idea behind the melee strike giving cast speed and movement speed is that you're going to want to heal yourself and run away when an enemy is on top of you, which they will be if you are able to melee them.

I think they need to show in the spellbook what each of the Loa's do. That way you'll at least which spells you want to focus on depending on the situration

Been watching you for bout a month now. Finally subscribed. Still not sure if I'm switching from retail to Ascension yet though. As far as this class goes, I'm thinking it's kinda like a survival hunter in that u can swap from melee to ranged, while also having some decent heals. You move into melee with the bite to get that loa buff, then switch to ranged to use the + spell power, + casting speed, and then get the other loa buff to move back into melee. I like it.

Definitely think i'll play this class if I get into CoA, I loved the times in retail, mostly during Legion when Mistweavers spent a fair bit of time just channeling to heal Now a mistweaver is forced to fistweave which I enjoyed in Legion when it was just a way to add dps and so I did it, but now it's the only way to retain your mana and I dont like it as much when it's mandatory

This class is something i was rly looking for. A versitile true support. I think the class design is rly close to the warhammer onlines goblin shaman a unique approche i often tried to recreate in ascension. It had a heal a damage and a hybrid support skill tree the last focused on debuffing enemies,buffing allies and draining enemies life to heal your grp. Letz go :D!

Love how complicated each of the classes become as they get more and more abilities. Definitely makes for fun rotations, whether its pure Tank, DPS, Heal, or a Hybrid. IGN: Adventurer

All these classes are sooo well done...this one especially start with casting hexes burst with melee build stacks change back to caster and I'm sure healing will be in there so a full role rotation so cool.

That channeled heal is very cool! Reminds me of Mistweaver monk where you could use the free channeling heal for low damage. I Love it. Mistweavers actually recently got an instant heal out of the channel, so you can do sustained heal with the beam and then instantly burst. The heal gets its cast-time removed if you're channeling when you begin casting it. I hope they don't clone mist/fist -weaver too much. I wonder if you will be able to mix ingredients together to form different effects, or if the potions will just apply all ingredients individually, or if they're limited to one ingredient (why wouldn't the ingredient ability then be the potion toss in itself)?.

Mistweavers have had that instant cast heal for a while now, when channeling...also, they're usually not channeling anymore. Their most common, and currently optimal build is putting up as many HoTs as possible, and then doing dps to keep the hots up/heal allies indirectly.

mcdoubs u were kinda spot on the other day when u said blizzard should hire the ascension team. they really need some new life and conquest of azeroth really is that with the unique classes. as for wtfispvp in a couple levels shell become a aoe machine. the lightning orb with the cloud and the lightning armor just blow shit up. doing 300 some dps in wailing caverns at like lvl 20 some..
