Brilliant video. So much new information learned as a decade long pocket watch enthusiast. I thought I knew mostly everything but your video gave me new knowledge. Thanks!

Thank you. I have for some years been collecting for a book project, that turned into this KZbin project. Many of the items are of base metal, but very good for illustration. :-) You are most welcome, glad you like the video.

Absolutely great video I got my pocket watch ready for this Christmas but may I say what are some best places to get the swivel fobs or pocket watch charms that hang just under there you clip the chain to your vest? Good video 👍

Thank you. 😊 I will say ebay. I don't really know of anyone who mass produce them anymore. You can always ask you local goldsmith if you have an idea for one. Merry Christmas to you!

You need to balance the sound in your video. You speak very quietly so the volume goes up resulting in the into and whistle blow being deafening.

Yeah, the video was shot on my old camera...

I searched but could not find the follow up video about all the mechanical stuff and things you put on a chain and fob as you mentioned at end of this very interesting and informative video.

I'm still working on it, sorry. I have quite a few videos planned, but not much time.
